Who are we?
Ecosistema Design LLC is a Latina-owned consulting business that seeks to build capacities in nonprofit leaders and in organizations to better serve communities of color in Colorado by building effective systems inspired by nature. We do this by focusing on three important aspects of any organization: Coaching to develop great leaders, strategic planning to design holistic systems, and leadership development for staff and board to develop great organizations.

I love helping people design their best lives! I do this by working with organizations to provide coaching, strategic planning, and leadership development.
I am a scientist, a facilitator, a trainer, and an outdoor enthusiast.

Coaching - We assess your ecosystem as a leader and a human being and determine priorities to create self-awareness, and help you become the leader you want to be.
Strategic Planning - We provide comprehensive support to design systems inspired by nature which includes helping organizations create a holistic vision, mission, and determining their values to guide decision-making.
Leadership Development for staff and board of directors - We create opportunities for leadership growth within the organization through intentional design and explore different leadership models to fit the needs of the organization from grassroots, startup, growth and expansion, sustainability, and sometimes for decline and shutdown.
